In an off market deal we negotiated terms for the acquisition of this prominent 6 acre employment site on the Kingskerswell by – pass between Torbay and Newton Abbot. The site had planning consent for employment uses and with limited land supply in Newton Abbott there was huge latent demand for small industrial units.
